Nach den ersten 15 Minuten sah es nach einer Distanz zwischen 7.700 und 7.800 Metern aus. Dann aber brutal eingebrochen und die letzten 10 Minuten meist nur 2:08 Zeiten gerudert. Das sollte noch steigerbar sein!

I did slightly adapt the recipe by using different chicken pieces. You can feel free to use chicken thighs. I know a lot of people who prefer chicken breasts over thighs and this was a good way to show that this can be done with the recipe.
